Spyro 2009: Sneak in the Dark

...well now, how long has it been since I've drawn this evil son-of-a-gun (NOT counting the human version). Since...2005, I think? I had the sudden urge to draw Red, so I could see how much I've improved.

This was also inspired by a dream I had about stealing a dark gem battery, and being chased through a laboratory slash lobby slash baby day care slash Hogwarts classroom where they turned chickens blue...I swear, I did not smoke or drink anything before going to bed. >_>

I honestly never tried a digital picture of Red. NEVER. I always drew him with colored pencils back in the day. But oh well, it was definitely worth the two days of working on this piece, and SO MUCH BETTER than in 2005. I also drew his head in the corner because...well, I like making him have different facial expressions.
I'm hoping to draw more Spyro characters before this year ends.
