"Be careful Spyro. This boss has many tricks up his sleeve."

-would one of those tricks be commanding dogs to body-slam you...? Um, how about attacking with a scythe...? Finding out he's actually a sheep that'll kick you--HEEEEY that's the sheep who was protesting the Spyro games in the ads. 8P

While looking goofy in the game, I always wanted to draw a scarier Toasty; there's endless possibilities when you're using a scarecrow costume to hide yourself, let alone with a pumpkin head.

I actually drew this a few months ago, then looked at it again and decided that plain reddish robes are plain. Lightiiiing changes~

You know something. If there was to be another Spyro game, I think that they should use Toasty as the antagonist instead of recycling Ripto. 

In a way, I can see why Ripto is considered the main antagonist of the franchise, since he always had a presence and antagonised Spyro from the moment they met. Gnasty Gnorc and the Sorceress are barely in the respective games they hail from. 

The bosses in Spyro 1 never seemed like they worked for Gnasty. I always thought they wanted to take down Spyro for their own personal gain. 

I mean, Toasty could want revenge on Spyro for murdering his brethren. The fact that he's actually a sheep on stilts could be a hilarious plot twist.
